We’re delighted to be re-opening all our pubs responsibly from Monday, 20th July 2020. We’ve been very busy getting everything ready to re-open our doors and once again do what we do best, providing our customers with fresh, seasonal British food and of course your favourite tipples.
Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance and we have the highest standards of cleaning and hygiene training in place. We are offering a reduced contact experience to help keep us all safe.
Your visit may need to look a little different, but our warm welcome and high levels of service remain unchanged so we hope very much that it will feel the same. So please sit back, relax & enjoy. We are here to look after you and can’t wait to welcome you back.
Our team members, when returning to work, must complete a mandatory health screening with daily health declarations also being completed to ensure they remain symptom-free and fit to work. Any team member showing symptoms will be sent home immediately and required to follow government guidelines before returning to work.
We are participating in government’s compulsory NHS Track & Trace as part of the country’s ongoing Covid-19 response and to help keep our pubs open. The contact details of one person will be taken per booking group. Your name and phone number may be made available to NHS Track & Trace for 21 days following your visit if requested. Other members of the booking group will also be encouraged to log into the NHS APP register your details for NHS Track & Trace on arrival.
We ask that if you or any person in your group are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 that you postpone your visit.
All our teams have been fully briefed and trained in our cleaning procedures and the responsibility that they have to their customers and colleagues. High contact points will be sanitised regularly. Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout our pubs and hotel and we request that you use them on arrival and during your time with us.
We are operating with a reduced number of tables in our pubs & restaurant area so that we can adhere to social distancing guidelines. Availability may be limited so you are advised to book ahead for drinks and dining.
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a safe and social distance throughout our pub. In line with government guidelines 1m+ social distancing will be observed. Please keep movement around the pub to a minimum and observe any directional flow promoted by the pub.
In our pubs, we have reduced seating capacity and where possible, extended bookable seating areas into our gardens. We are doing our best to accommodate as many people wishing to visit as it is safe to do so. You may be allocated a table for a limited time slot, please be happy to move on when asked.
We are following Government guidelines on household get-togethers and we ask that our guests adhere to these guidelines. In line with these guidelines, we are taking table bookings inside and outside for a maximum of 6 people from mixed households.
As per Government guidelines our pubs will be closing each day at 10pm. Our pubs will only be offering full table service, inside and out, meaning customers will be required to order food or drink from their table during their visit. On arrival, our host will show you to your table. In accordance with the government regulations, we require all customers to be wearing a face-covering when visiting our pubs and restaurants, unless seated at a table to eat or drink.
We will be following the government’s mandatory face mask regulation and all customer-facing staff will be wearing face masks in our pubs. Your table will be sanitised ahead of your arrival and all cutlery and glasses brought to you. Your food and drinks will be brought to your table by your dedicated server.
Look out for the QR codes on our tables, This will enable a reduced contact experience during your visit to browse our menus, order & pay. Single-use menus will also be available and your dedicated team member available to take your order should you prefer. Please note that in heed of government opening times regulations, all pubs will be closing at 10pm, with last orders for food will be taken by 9pm and last drink orders being taken by 9:30pm.
To reduce unnecessary handling of cash, we are accepting card and QR payments however we are accepting cash if you dont have your card.
We ask that if you or any accompanying persons are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 that you postpone your visit. Hotel bookings can be cancelled free of charge or transferred up to 12pm, the day before arrival. If you need to cancel or amend your booking after this time due to Covid-19, we can transfer your booking to another date, however, rates may differ between dates.
Our restaurants will be closing at 9.30pm every night, and are operating with reduced seating capacity meaning availability may be limited. Please be sure to book your table ahead of your visit by calling on 0208 847 4805. We’ll take full payment on arrival for your hotel stay. This will enable a contactless check-out. Please use QR codes and card payments to pay for food & drink during your stay.
Our rooms will be thoroughly sanitised before, during and after your stay. High touchpoints throughout our hotels and pubs will also be regularly sanitised throughout your visit. We have removed any unnecessary items from your room to help keep you safe. All our towels and linen are washed at 80 degrees centigrade and changed daily.
In the absence of our breakfast buffet, please make your selections with your server and we’ll bring everything to you.
